Class Terms & Conditions
By signing up and paying your deposit or the full amount for a class, you agree to the following:
 
This class requires a minimum number of students to go ahead. If insufficient numbers, it may be cancelled or moved to another date but you will be informed of this. If this happens, course fees will be refunded or transferred to another course should you wish.
I reserve the right to cancel this course at anytime due to unforeseen circumstances beyond my control. Should this happen, all monies paid will be refunded (or transferred to another course should you so wish).
 
Cancellations received in writing to me 21 days shall be entitled to a full refund or transfer. After this date, it is up to my discretion as to a full or partial refund, as yes I am aware that sometimes circumstances are beyond your control. Should a replacement student be found to take up your place, either by you or me, a refund will be applicable to you. I hope you understand that it takes a lot to organise these classes and I have to outlay monies and time in providing cakes, venue fees, equipment etc, a cancellation greatly impacts all of this and so some policy needs to be in place
 
You will receive a confirmation email back from me booking you in. If you do not receive this, please contact me ASAP and I will resend this to you.
 
You are welcome to take photographs and notes throughout the class but please do not take video footage. I may also take photos to post on my page. Please advise if you do not wish to be in a photograph.
 
All designs taught at Vanilla Lane remain the property of Vanilla Lane and may not be reproduced in any form for teaching or tutorials.
 
All cakes baked for my classes are prepared in a Council Registered kitchen. External cakes may not be used in classes without prior permission from Vanilla Lane.
